本藏品是由大师王希伟督造，和田白玉又称“羊脂白玉”、“羊脂玉”，是和田玉中的宝石级材料。古人所谓“石之美者，白如截肪”，而且要“温润而泽”，绝无瑕玷。玺基正面雕刻里约2016年第31届夏季奥运会会徽图案，玺基背面雕刻中国奥委会会徽图案。玺钮清宫玉玺同款蟠龙造型，点缀祥云，飘逸遒劲，威严端庄，寓意“和平、和谐”，和谐共处的奥运精神。徽宝绶带五色和一，徽宝绶带为蓝、黑、黄、红、绿奥运五环用色，采用五线编织，取中国结之意，打成回龙穗子母结，子结为彩，母结为金。契合奥运五环，更预示世界五大洲人民齐心协力，共同缔造和谐共生的辉煌世界。
