此尊上师像铜鎏金作，用料厚实，颇具份量。造型肃穆大气，金光璀璨，气度不凡。上师面相端正圆润，刻画颇为写实。顶有发，窄额，眉间有白毫，鼻梁高挺。眼脸微垂，似在俯视众生。嘴角略带笑容，两腮略带酒窝，神情平和内省，双耳下垂。着交领式僧衣，衣摆自然垂落，右臂袒露，外披袈裟。两者衣褶线条清晰爽利，充分表现出衣服厚重的质感。衣领、衣摆及袖口处以联珠纹作边，内刻花卉纹饰或几何纹饰，颇显精致意味。上师跏趺端坐于底座之上，两手皆施说法印。底座宽大平整，座身略扁，底端露铜胎。
