黄独峰（1913-1998），名山，号榕园，又号五岭老人，广东揭阳人，著名中国画画家。曾任任广西艺术学院副院长、教授。第五、六、七届全国政协委员，广西政协副主席；第二届全国侨联委员，第三届全国侨联常委，广西侨联主席；致公党中央委员会常委，致公党广西区委会主任委员；中国美术家协会会员、理事，广西美协副主席、主席；石涛艺术学会会长等职。著有《明清写梅画人传略》《中国之花鸟画》《独峰画集》1—7辑等多种。先生擅长中国画，兼善书法，画风综合南北二宗及古代诸流派，自成一格。
