苏甦，笔名苏更森，出生于1960年，江苏人。1987年毕业于西南师范大学美术系国画专业，后成为西南大学美术学院教授、硕士生导师，同时也是中国美协会员、重庆画院艺术委员会委员、重庆市中国画学会理事、重庆民盟画院副院长。他的作品《硕果累累》在中国美术家协会主办的“中国著名画家三峡美术作品展”上获得“荣誉金奖”，这标志着他在艺术领域的成就和认可。
