梅瓶折沿，细颈，丰肩，肩以下渐敛，圈足。足底无釉，泛火石红色。外壁自上而下以青花双弦线把纹样分成5层。肩部绘卷草纹和下垂云肩纹，云肩内绘缠枝菊纹，云肩纹间饰卷草纹。腹部绘云龙纹。胫（jìng音径）部绘卷草纹和仰莲瓣纹。 此器造型秀美，做工细腻，云龙纹描绘得形象鲜明，是元代青花瓷器中的典型器物。 元代青花的装饰借鉴了一些元代丝织品图案，大量使用的垂云纹和如意云头纹便是由披肩演变而成。
