瓷塑人物鹤发童颜，双眼微睁，面带慈祥笑容，身穿宽大鹤氅，怡然自得地盘坐于洞石之上。其头微偏，两臂交叉扶于石桌之上，右手托一经卷，俨然是一位仙风道骨的老神仙。洞石左侧卧一小鹿，昂头竖耳，凝视老人。洞石右侧立一仙鹤，长腿，曲颈，作寻觅状。鹿与鹤的动静完美结合，给瓷塑增加了不少生气和情趣。通体施白釉。老人背后戳印阴文篆书“何朝宗”三字葫芦形印记。
