题识：秉忱同志：你给郭老刻的图章，我已看过，白文印刻的很好，不仅“可以拿出手来”，而且直似古玺。朱文印刻得差一些。据我看似太拘于某种金文拓片，以致结构无神，笔划无力。且“若”字从“”，亦不妥当。按散氏盘此字，是否释若，久有争论，容庚收入《金文编》，很不慎重。从甲骨文看“若”是像形字，像一人举双手理发状，故其义又释为“顺也”，书经“钦若昊天”。以后金文加“口”字，已有“诺”义。我建议朱文可磨去另刻，不知你意如何？近好！康生，六五年八月八日。|钤印：郭沫若之鉥、沫若
