此品以取白玉雕成屏风样式，琢“西山放鹤图”表现的是“北宋隐逸诗人林和靖一生不娶不仕，在西湖孤山种梅养鹤，以梅为‘妻’以鹤为‘子’有‘梅妻鹤子’之说的典故”。背面刻御提梅花诗：“贞姿宜雪后，芳信报春前，澧皋将洛浦，可以结忘年”。
