茶则是茶道中的六用之一，是烹茶时量取茶叶入汤的量具。在茶道中，把茶从茶罐取出置于茶荷或茶壶时，需要用茶则来量取。 陆羽《茶经》中指出：“则，以海贝、蛎蛤之属，或以铜、铁、竹、匕、策之类。则者，量也，准也，度也。”茶器有品，取茶之前便得以赏茶器，玩玉艺，养玉质，更添文人气质，具清雅情趣。而此茶则以青玉为之，整体雕琢为一只凤鸟，身体内部则以掏膛手法处理，设计颇为精妙，为茶道妙品。范栋强：中国青年玉石雕艺术家
