八方捧盒，共有三层，上下周身对称开窗衬以竹编，其余部位均嵌螺钿，多为锦地纹。盒盖螺钿双鹤纹，盒内竹漆，盒底黑漆。捧盒器型规整，工艺复杂，图案远近景层次分明，漆面包浆亮丽，盒形饱满，风格古朴，是明代螺钿作品中极具特色的作品。
