North Western India, 19th centuryEach with hinged cover and profusely decorated with scrolling vegetal interlace and foliate motifs; one casket-shaped and raised on four spreading feet, 19.3cm x 13.3cm x 8cm; the other wood-lined and with monogram and motto of the Order of the Garter to lid. 12.7cm x 10.2cm x 5.6cm (2).
