款识：大清光绪年制六字两行楷书款 |直筒式笔筒，圈足。外壁绘制大小各色蝴蝶飞舞，设色清丽，口沿、近足处各饰一圈几何纹饰。“蝶”与“耋”谐音，因此百蝶寓有“寿至耄耋”之意。彩蝶纹饰最早出现于乾隆时期洋彩轧道御瓷之中，至道光朝颇为流行，道光皇帝对此喜爱至深，北京故宫博物院典藏数件道光朝御用堂名款白地蝴蝶纹瓷器，清雅佚丽，可谓开后朝粉彩百蝶纹之先河。晚清同、光时期西太后慈禧对此种百蝶纹样亦十分喜爱，可由当时大量采用蝴蝶为装饰的宫廷服饰看出，可为一时潮流，故才会有此种大型百蝶陈设御瓷的出现。
