印文：小书画舫审定|边款：瘦碧 |郑文焯（1856-1918），字俊臣，号小坡，又号叔问等，自号江南退士，别号瘦碧、冷红词客、大鹤山人等，山东高密人。曾任内阁中书，后在苏州授学于存古学堂。晚岁以业医卖画为生。精通音律，为晚清著名词人，兼擅书画、金石、医学。著述《词源校律》等书。1.2×2.2×4cm||严信厚（1850～1919），原名经邦，字小舫、筱舫，号小长芦馆主人，室名小长芦馆、小书画舫，浙江慈溪人。官直隶候补道，赠内阁学士。以盐务起家，从事商业，成为东南巨商。任上海商业会议公所、上海商务总会总理。被称为近代“宁波帮”企业家开山祖。工书画，尤善画芦雁。鉴藏碑版、书画颇多精品。
