Gu Wenda is a Brooklyn Heights artist whose work revolves around human rights. He is internationally known and widely followed for his painting. This is an excellent example and a great addition to any collection. Provenance: Painting given to Jill Stoll (1952-2010) by the artist in 1987 while he was an artist in residence at the University of Minnesota; purchased by present owner from the estate.
