此佛塔木质，由塔基、塔身、塔刹三部分组成，通体漆金。塔基为方形须弥座，其正中雕精美双狮和火焰宝珠。塔基以上是三层叠涩式圆形台座，其上覆钵形塔身，正中开一眼光门，内嵌阿弥陀佛，塔刹耸于塔身之上，两者以方形托分隔，其上承托高耸的十三层相轮，顶端为宝盖，宝盖上为日、月宝珠。塔刹两侧附对称垂塔耳，整体沉厚稳重，漆金纯厚，为清代乾隆时期木作佛塔精品。
