此像头戴五叶花冠，束高发髻，余发垂肩，耳际缯带飞扬，耳下垂圆环，面相圆润，神态宁静。上身双肩披帔帛，胸前佩项圈和联珠式璎珞，手足戴钏镯。帔帛及僧裙皆用写实手法表现，线条生动自然。跏趺端坐于双层莲瓣座上，双手于胸前合掌作祈祷状，余二手作说法印举于身体两侧。莲瓣座上层联珠纹颗粒匀称，莲瓣先挑饱满，立体感极强。铜质鎏金，金水灿烂，包浆稳重，为乾隆朝宫廷佛教作品中品相完美的佳作。
