Four Chinese-Republic period famille rose bowls in a rounded octagonal shape with matching sea-green interiors. The outer surface of one bowl shows pink and red flowers against a background that matches the interior. Two of the four bowls are decorated with images of a pair of roosters running in a garden of flowers. The largest bowl shows: flowers, berries, and butterflies. Diameter : the biggest 6 1/2 in.(16.5 cm) Height: the biggest 2 1/4 in.(5.5 cm) Condition: The smallest bowl is entirely intact, with just one small spot where the green background has rubbed off. Each of the other three have chips along the rim. The largest bowl and one of the rooster bowls each have a prominent crack.
