纵22.5cm；宽18cm；高4cm
原配紫檀底座端溪老坑石，色青紫，砚堂天青，火捺，金线，青花绚丽多彩，留有五彩钉。砚体高厚，随型抹角，正面周边留缘，顺水式。背仍石璞，制成山石之状，略微琢磨旋纹，似云气缭绕，都圆活天成，浑朴古厚。背左下镌“芸叶庵珍藏”五字，笔意古拙。原配紫檀盒佚盖。芸叶庵者失考，见砚册《紫石凝英》载王震写经小砚，端石老坑，石与此砚相类。方知芸叶庵者卢坤也。【铭文印记】铭文详见本场拍卖之拓片文本【卢坤】字静之，号厚山，顺天府涿州（今河北省涿州市）人，历任兵部主事、兵部员外郎、兵部郎中、广东惠潮嘉道、山东兖沂曹济道、湖北按察使、甘肃布政使、广西巡抚、陕西巡抚、山东巡抚、山西巡抚、广东巡抚、湖广总督、两广总督等职。
