纵22cm；宽14cm；高5.5cm
砚体方正，石呈赤朱色，砚面之上雕琢兰亭雅集图。草木繁茂，苍松翠柏，杨柳依依，亭台相望。人物头绾纶巾，宽衣博带，神态悠然自得。小桥之下池水之中有鹅相互嬉戏，砚侧雕琢一周人物，或仰或坐，神态各异，背深覆手，镌刻兰亭序全文，书法流畅，笔意洒脱。此砚题材兰亭修禊图，表现永和九年初春，王羲之与谢安等名士四十一人，于会稽山阴，兰亭行修禊之礼的场境，布局妥帖，繁而不乱。选材为端溪石，石美工精。【铭文印记】铭文详见本场拍卖之拓片文本
