A bronze round-section hoop supporting a large oval plaque engraved with image of Cybele riding a lion, holding a branch in her right hand. 5.35 grams, 21.30mm overall, 15.84mm internal diameter (approximate size British J 1/2, USA 5, Europe 9.32, Japan 9) (3/4"). Property of a South London collector; acquired before 1980. Very fine condition.
