A bronze lamp element comprising an amphora-shaped well with lateral strap arms and knop finials, scallop hinged lid with crowned bird above, spout below with curved support and column beneath with coiled serpent detailing. 335 grams, 14.5cm (5 3/4"). Property of a London gentleman; previously acquired on the UK art market, 1990s. Fine condition.
