A group of stone amulets comprising: a carved amethyst tortoise, pierced through the head for suspension; an obsidian(?) amulet in the form of a hand making mano fica gesture, pierced through the arm for suspension; a tabular bead or stamp seal with leaping ram to one side and enigmatic markings to the other; a red stone amulet of a stylised reclining lion, pierced through the body; a blue glass amulet in the form of a sheep's head with open mouth, pierced through the neck. 21 grams total, 18-24mm (3/4 - 1"). Property of a London gentleman; acquired London art market, 1970-1980. [5] Fine condition.
