A pair of bronze fittings consisting of: a discoid with cross to centre with roundels to the edge, teardrop to the base, crescents to the side, suspension loop to the top; a lozenge-shaped fitting with two rows of openwork triangles, teardrop to the base, suspension loop to the top. 48 grams total, 60-86mm (2 1/4 - 3 1/4"). Property of a North London lady; gifted from her father's collection; formerly with a Mayfair gallery, London, UK; previously acquired in the 1980s. Fine condition.
