A large ceramic bulbous vessel with everted rim, circumferential bands below the neck and to the shoulder, the band in between painted with panels of standing zebus and foliage, symbols to the background. 2.2 kg, 22.5cm (9"). Property of a North London gentleman; previously in a private collection formed in the 1990s. Fine condition.
