A vellum leaf from a French psalter, probably from Metz, recto with block of dense blackletter text, decorated capitals and versal with gold illumination, verso similar without versal; drypoint ruling visible to both faces. 1.46 grams, 9.5 x 13cm (3 3/4 x 5"). Property of a North London gentleman; previously in a private collection formed in the 1990s. Fine condition.
