Dated 1847 AD. An extempore authenticity certificate for relics of St. Joseph signed by the Comte de Rougrave (Marie Philippe Alexandre Hyacinth, Comte de Rougrave, 1718, Liege, 29th March 1804), Vicar General of the diocese of Liege, Belgium, with English endorsement countersigned at London on 22nd October 1847 by Nicolas Wiseman as Titular Bishop of Melipotamus, dated London (altered from Collegio Sanctae Mariae, otherwise the English College of Rome) 22nd October 1847 (at which time Wiseman was the newly appointed coadjutor Vicar General in London"). 6 grams, 23cm (9"). From an old Essex collection. Wiseman was later to become the first Archbishop of Westminster and Cardinal. [No Reserve]Fine condition.
