Franz Wieschebrink (1818-1884), Düsseldorfer Genremaler, war 1832-40 Schüler der
Düsseldorfer Akademie und debütierte 1839 auf der Berliner Akademie-Ausstellung. Mit feinfühliger Beobachtungsgabe und subtilem Humor schilderte er vornehmlich das ländliche Volks- und Familienleben sowie Kindermotive. Franz Wieschebrink (1818-1884), a genre painter from Dusseldorf, was a pupil of the
