FIVE INDIAN ARCHITECTURAL PAINTINGS Possibly Delhi, North India, 20th century Opaque pigments on burnished paper, comprising five paintings of various sizes and with different architectural subjects such as (1) Taj Mahal in pristine white, the gardens boasting tall trees, 13.5cm x 19cm; (2) Taj Mahal with the upper portion reflected in the pool surrounded by low laying trees, 14cm x 19.5cm; (3) Qutb Minar and accompanying wall and dome showing exposed brick, 23cm x 14.5cm; (4) Sikandar, AkbarÂs tomb front façade with trees in a circular formation in the gardens, 13.5cm x 20.5cm; (5) Hawa Mahal in Jaipur in bright red, 20.5cm x 25cm.
