埙是中国最早的吹奏乐器，距今有约6700年的历史。埙的形状有鸟形的，也有蛋形的。用陶土做的陶埙常见，但是瓷埙很少能见到。此埙鸟形，造型圆润，鸟回首张望，尾巴翘起，腹部开一小圆孔，显得十分灵动活泼，精致小巧，值得关注。
