款識:
乙亥(1935)夏日,偶見新羅〈百獸〉長卷,筆墨縱橫,洋洋大觀,耿耿於胸中久之。慎生道兄屬作便面,背擬其意,未審有少相似否?幸方家鑒之,南石溥伒畫併識。
