圓形，三弦鈕，圓鈕座。鈕座外均以水渦紋鋪地，中間以環形素紋帶將銅鏡隔為內、外兩區。外區在兩圈櫛齒紋帶間飾四組連續的變形夔鳳紋，鳳首居中，兩邊是舞動的抽象化的鳳身。卷緣。此鏡夔鳳紋飾複雜，工藝精巧，整體構圖線條活潑流暢，結構變化得心應手，足見戰國時期銅鏡鑄造技術之高超。此鏡通體黑漆古，乾淨漂亮、精美。
