整个造像身躯厚实壮硕，形象威武刚健，尽显刚毅力量。此尊韦陀头戴战盔，两侧饰凤翅，是中原韦陀造像的共通特征，身披铠甲，最特别的是铠甲上每片装饰都是用高浮雕处理，有别于一般的中原造像，立体感非常强。鼻梁挺直，面颊圆腴，相容坚毅而谦恭，目光坚定，眼神深邃，含威不露，使人敬畏。左手持降魔杵，姿态雄健有力。腰系扎带，足踏战靴，衣袍飘扬飞动，挺胸收腹。整像厚体量巨大，甚为难得，具有很高的收藏价值。
