菩萨发髻高耸，头戴五叶宝冠，双目俯视，圆珰垂肩，耳后缯带悠扬而起，嘴角内含，笑意盎然，神态慈祥柔和，面相端庄大方。左手持宝珠，右手结说法印，两手各牵莲茎，莲茎沿手臂两侧向上伸展至肩。胸部、腰间配饰璎珞，上身衣帛过背搭于双肩，缯带绕臂而出，垂于莲花座两边之前；裙衣缘上錾刻花纹，造工精细，裙䙓自然铺于莲花座上。菩萨全跏趺坐于束腰仰覆式莲花座上，上下缘饰两圈连珠纹饰，两层莲瓣圆润饱满，弦度、角度均有变化，瓣尖花纹独特，雕刻细致入微。整器保存完好，铜色乌亮沉实。
