圆形，圆钮，圆钮座，双层圈锯齿纹把此镜分为内、外二区。内区饰四瑞兽环状排列，姿态各异，或仰天长啸，或低头信步，或回眸顾盼，空白处饰以云朵纹。外周顺时针环列十二生肖，形态生动，显现出各种肖型的特点。瑞兽与十二生肖皆高浮雕铸造，毛发具现，细部刻画栩栩如生。此镜通体白光，保存完美。高浮雕形式的瑞兽十二生肖纹形态丰满，生动自然，造型特征与其他铜镜迥然不同，是一件收藏及赏玩佳品。
