In stretched landscape format a raised hill lined with cavalry, which moves down the hill into the valley in fine coordination with the actual distance. The right edge of the picture is closed off by a sunlit chain of rocks. Stylistically and thematically the painting is very close to Simonini's work. (12117617) (4) (13)
