The finely worked figure wears a 'Genghis Khan' headdress and holds a gnarly wood scepter with a 'Garid' eagle sitting on top of it. It stands for a large mythical bird-like eagle, that appears in Hindu and Buddhist mythology, is a rank in traditional Mongolian wrestling meaning 'mythical bird' and the name of the pet eagle of Genghis Khan.
