1979年蒸馏 加思德白兰地是最古老的雅文邑品牌，早在19世纪初1800年就是雅文邑酒商，公司名Jules Nismes Delclou & Cie（即杜克勒）。1818 年时，受法王路易十八的许可，公司得以用加思德这一名字进行商业贸易，并且在 1832年时加思德成为法国商业局记录在册的第一个雅文邑品牌。如今加思德已传至第6代Florence Castarede女士手中，拥有2个几百年历史的古老酒窖及50多年的古老蒸馏器。酒厂使用木头燃烧的传统方式加热，蒸馏出来的酒液酒精度不超过60%，之后在400L的黑橡木手工桶中陈酿，成熟圆润的口感是加思德雅文邑的特色。目前加思德还跟英国最著名乃至是世界范围内最著名的酒商公司BBR合作，可见其深厚的底蕴。
