和阗白玉质地，细腻温润，局部带红沁。整体圆雕而成，正面作一对鲶鱼首尾相接团围，体型肥硕，眼、鼻、鳍、须各部位刻画皆精准到位，十分写实生动。鲶鱼之下铺垫一片莲叶，叶边翻卷，背面装饰枝蔓及叶茎，琢刻细腻，有大面积红沁。鲶鱼与莲叶相配寓意“连年有余”，融入了古人对富足生活的美好期许。参考：天津博物馆藏“明白玉双鲶鱼佩”。
