此对带扣采用和阗白玉雕就，选料精纯，玉质洁白莹润。器呈椭圆形，为左右两半扣合。通体采用镂雕工艺，分别雕刻“和合二仙”和“仙人祝寿”题材。人物生动形象，线条流畅婉转，开料、打孔、抛光皆极为精湛，制作精良，是一对有较强装饰性的实用器。因此类带扣器体较薄，留存至今多有损伤，而此对保存完整实属难得。
