剑璏为白玉质地，玉质较佳，局部受沁。器体呈长方形，两端下垂接近直切，下端略内勾。下承长方形穿孔。器身表面以减地浮雕手法琢饰一条螭虎，作扭颈回望之态，五官起伏有致，吊目怒睁，身躯粗壮有力，四肢匍匐，尾巴分叉翻卷，阴刻绞丝纹。从器型及纹饰观之，为典型的东汉时期器物，弥足珍贵。
