此尊造像展现了释迦牟尼佛证悟解脱之道时的喜悦法相。佛陀发髻高耸，宝顶庄严。面庞方圆，额际高广，眉目俊秀，双耳垂肩，以慈悲喜悦的面容唤起世人心底的般若智慧。上身躯体匀称，着袒右肩袈裟，衣质轻薄贴体，衣纹简洁爽利。左手结禅定印，右手结触地印，表现了释迦牟尼悟道成佛时的场景。下身着宽松僧裙，双腿结跏趺坐于莲花座上。整像铜质莹润，手足刻画写实，展现了 16 世纪西藏造像自然生动的艺术风韵。 莲座莲瓣细长饱满，与永宣宫廷造像的莲瓣特征一致，但莲座上下缘以凸起的细线进行装饰，没有采用常见的连珠纹，表现了西藏地区独有的艺术审美，是见证汉藏两地文化艺术交流的造像精品。
