The well-formed bottle with applied cranberry-red overlay, one side carved with the theme of 'Damo Crossing the Yangtze River', the upper right with a cartouche reading 'yuwan' (precious trinket), the verso decorated with a mythological scene depicting a celestial figure carrying a boy on his back and pouring water into an ocean with a dragon striding through waves.
