Two enameled porcelain snuff bottles,Qianlong marks, late Qing/Republic period
Each bearing a Qianlong four-character mark; the first decorated with flowers and a bird on each primary side within a gilt heightened border, and framed by flower-heads and scrolls on a yellow-enameled ground on the narrow sides; the second a lozenge-form bottle with two opposing panels of flowers and insects rendered in pleasing enamels, its shoulders flanked with a pair of mock animal mask-and-ring handles against lotus blossoms and scrolls painted in underglaze blue.
