此件螭龙纹带钩为整块灰白玉雕琢成器，其用材较大，形制颇为宽阔。勾首雕作苍龙，带身镂空雕刻螭龙穿枝，大小龙纹相望，亦含苍龙教子之寓意。此种形制的玉带钩自元代直至明清，一直是颇为流行的贵族佩饰，此件带钩用材上佳，镂刻细腻间亦存秦汉时期的古朴遗风，属明代玉刻作品中较为精致者，别具特色。
