款识：大清乾隆年制 此件拍品环形中空，分两部分铸造，内壁光滑，便于套指，外壁錾双龙戏珠主体纹饰，边饰为卷草纹，并有烧蓝填地。此扳指边缘打磨细致，包浆自然，应为日久把玩所得。此件扳指别致之处在于，内外为嵌套而成，内芯可以抽出，且上刻“大清乾隆年制”竖款，匠心独具，应为宫中把玩巧件，实甚难得。
