A ceramic jar of piriform profile with broad neck and everted rim, two strap handles to the equator; the upper body, shoulder and neck with ochre colouration, painted design of chevron motifs between plain bands, zigzags to the neck. 2.1 kg, 33.5cm (13 1/4"). From a west country collection in the 1990s; previously in a Hong Kong collection.
