13th-6th century BC. A bronze dagger with lentoid-section tongue-shaped blade, integral waisted hilt with flared finial, socket with lateral flanges to each face forming the grip. Property of a London collector; from her family's private collection; formerly with a London gallery; acquired in the 1990s.
