A bifacial bronze spearhead with leaf-shaped; raised midrib flanked by bands of chevron decoration; tapering conical socket decorated with circumferential bands of chevrons above plain lines, pierced for attachment. Cf. Evans, J., The Ancient Bronze Implements, Weapons and Ornaments of Great Britain and Ireland, London, 1881, for comparable items. 109 grams, 14cm (5 1/2").
