A French 1940s Retro diamond and ruby set rose brooch, the polished flower head to an old brilliant cut diamond set leaf, approximately 0.40 carats total, with channel set step cut ruby batons, and polished curved leaf detail, with double pin fitting, stamped with French poincons, 7cm long, 31.2g gross, in an associated André Col box Condition Report: A couple of small patched of lead solder to the pins at the back of the flower head, diamonds all present and correct, bright and lively, rubies well matched.
