An Irish carved mahogany stool, in George II style, 19th century, the rectangular padded and upholstered top, above a gadrooned apron centred by a flower head motif, on lion mask carved tapering cabriole legs, terminating in hairy paw on ball feet, 53cm high, 74cm wide. 62cm deep overall Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old chips and splits. Some of the original screw holes to the joins of the underside with filler applied to help disguise. Some joins to the underside opening slightly.
